PEDI’s research group has publish a new paper on self-sensing concrete in International Journal

PEDI’s R&D team, leading by Vice Director Nguyen Minh Hai, has published a new paper on international journal “Case Studies of Construction Materials”. This is the second achivement of our research project on developing self-sensing cement-based materials. Our team proposed a formula to predict the resistivity of mortar containing carbon fillers, considering temperature and humidity factors based on over 280 times of measurements. This is an important premise to calibrate the initial values of self-sensing concrete devices, a challenging and promising material for the future, especially in the ongoing digital transformation.
