Civil Engineer

• Structural, geotechnical, and hydrological design 

• Support for technical proposals, 

• Collaboration with Japanese and Vietnamese engineering teams

BIM/CIM & Visualization Engineer

• BIM model coordination, 3D/4D simulation, and VR/AR visualization 

• Development of automated workflows and digital twin concepts

• Support for construction DX and project documentation

IT Engineer

• Develop IT solutions for construction management and engineering applications 

• Design and maintain web-based dashboards, GIS platforms, and data management systems 

• Support system integration between BIM/CIM data, cloud services (AWS, AZURE), and internal tools 

• Communicate directly with clients to understand requirements, design specifications, and provide technical support 

• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure smooth digital implementation across projects

Research Assistant (R&D Division)

• Laboratory testing and data analysis for structure and concrete materials 

• Preparation of technical reports and publications 

• Collaboration with university and industry research partners

Eligibility

• Graduates in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Information Technology, Computer Science, Environmental Engineering, or related fields (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)

• Strong academic foundation and interest in applying digital tools in engineering

• Basic communication ability in English or Japanese

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, or programming tools (Python, JavaScript, SQL, etc.) is an advantage

Work Location

Employment Type

Full-time (probation period: 2 months)

Working Hours

8:00 – 17:00 (Monday to Friday)
