Nguyen M. Hai is the Vice Director at PEDI Civil Solutions, with 10 years of experience in structural and materials engineering across academia and applied research. He holds a Doctor of Engineering from Utsunomiya University, Japan, and has served as an Assistant Professor at Utsunomiya University and a Lecturer at Da Nang University of Technology. His work includes participation in numerous R&D projects, bridging rigorous engineering science with practical implementation to enhance performance, durability, and constructability of infrastructure. Hai is fluent in Vietnamese and Japanese (JLPT N1), and is professionally proficient in English. He supports PEDI’s innovation pipeline from concept to validated solutions.

PEDI’s Research & Development team has co-published a research paper on Construction materials in Q1 rank of international journal.
